Crane Operator (LBC)

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious LBC Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to run LBC (lattice boom) cranes on renewable energy construction sites. Expertise with 1600's will be ideal.
NCW is a National renewable energy organization with long term work available. The position would immediately start in the NW-US area, with guaranteed opportunities in the Southern-US. 100.00 per day per diem offered for days worked.
*Duties*
- Operate cranes and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position materials.
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate lifting operations.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols while operating machinery on construction sites or in warehouses.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including inspections, lubrications, and minor repairs.
- Assist in rigging loads for safe lifting by determining the appropriate rigging methods.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
- Support shipping and receiving operations by moving materials as needed.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with TLL & LBD cranes.
- Valid LBC certifications
- Experience working on construction sites is preferred.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
