Construction Superintendent - Commercial

Parkway Construction has an immediate need for a Traveling Superintendent with commercial ground up building experience. National travel is required and a must for this role. Parkway is a national GC and operates in all lower 48 states. The Superintendent directs the workflow of the project on site consistent with the project schedule and company’s safety and quality standards. The Superintendent provides leadership and serves as the liaison between project team members to promote the interest of both the business and clients Responsible for communicating project priorities to subcontractors and serving as the primary leader on site.
Qualifications
· 5 years' experience in commercial construction, preferably with a traveling commercial general contractor
· Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
· Computer proficient with software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point, etc.), Pro Core, Adobe, Blue Beam
· OSHA 10Certification preferred
· Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally
· Ability to organize and manage tasks and priorities
