Job Description Sr. Project Managers and Project Managers will have overall responsibility for an assigned construction project in the verticals listed above with a value $80M+ and a proven track record in preconstruction, safety, quality, budgeting, scheduling, business development, and close out of nationally known projects.
Manage the activities of subcontractors, vendors, and labor, maintaining strict control over the accuracy and quality for each work activity.
Plan look-ahead schedules, maintain project schedule controls.
Identify and report problems or deficiencies to the Director / project executives
Document on-site activities that may impede progress or compliance to project/contract requirements
Review subcontract agreements
Maintain strict control over the budget for each work activity
Assist in preparation of project status report and provide complete daily reports to the Project Manager.
Select Responsibilities
A minimum of 5 years of construction experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor on food manufacturing, tilt wall warehouse, distribution center, cold storage, data center, mission critical or other related project types.
Ideal Candidate 5+ years of commercial construction experience in leading projects $80M+ in any of the following verticals: Manufacturing Facilities, Industrial Tilt Wall Distribution Centers, Food & Beverage Processing, Packaging, & Distributions Centers, Cold Storage Distribution Centers, & Clean Room/Dry Rooms. Projects managed should include the Ground up new construction or New Construction scopes of work. What is on offer
