Concrete Ready Mix Dispatcher
Mobile Materials Nashville is seeking a concrete ready-mix dispatcher.
Qualifications:
A dispatcher will take inbound calls from customers and schedule orders accordingly. A dispatcher needs to be flexible and able to react to the ever-changing daily demand of the concrete ready-mix industry.
In this role you be required to act on the company’s behalf in a manner that continually strives to improve our company’s image, customer satisfaction, operating efficiencies, employee morale, and safety standards.
Receive customer orders and schedule deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and transportation efficiencies.
Assist in responding to sales and customer requests, while enhancing customer satisfaction and public relations while fulfilling duties of the job.
Promote safe working habits and provide safe working conditions.

Mobile Materials Nashville is a growing ready-mix producer serving Davidson, Wilson, and surrounding counties. We operate front dump mixer, volumetric mix-on-site trucks, dump trucks, and bulk tankers. We offer opportunity for employees to grow with the company and advance in their career.
Requirements:
· Work week is Monday through Friday with a staggered weekend schedule
· Ability to work overtime
· Pass pre-employment drug screen
· Submit to a background check
· Consistent work history for the previous 5 years

Pay: $24.14 - $25.77 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week

- 1 year ready-mix experience.
- Dispatch specific experience is a plus, preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
- Computer literate
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work well with others
