Responsibilities:
- Conduct exemption determinations, market analysis, and compensation benchmarking.
- Develop and implement Sales Incentive Plans.
- Utilize tools and technology to support compensation analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation strategies align with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and total rewards
- Minimum 5-8 years of direct Compensation and Total Rewards experience in the U.S. and Canada. Global experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with exemption determinations, market analysis, and compensation benchmarking.
- Preference for dynamic experience working with Sales Incentive Plans strongly preferred, inclusive of the tools and technology to support.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Relevant certification(s) such as World at Work (CCP, GRP, or similar) desirable.
Pay: $60.00 - $63.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
