CONTRACT
Community Support Specialist
Caliber Therapies provides specialized therapies & services to individuals of all abilities across the lifespan. We pride ourselves in hiring the best providers and delivering the highest caliber services to our clients. Services are provided within the client's residence and/or in the community. We are searching for a provider who is passionate about helping our clients meet their goals.
This position encompasses the area of Cleveland, OH (milage will be paid). The position is a contracted position with the possibility to increase hours based upon performance and availability. This position requires driving and may involve assistance with transfers and ADLs in some cases. Ideal candidates are self motivated, ethical, cognizant of the position duties, ambitious, organized, takes initiative, meets deadlines with ease, and are strong communicators.
Requirements:
Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Requirements:
- Professional Liability Insurance; have or willing to purchase upon hire.
- First Aid/CPR for pediatrics & Adults; have or willing to obtain upon hire.
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass a background & driving history check
- Current full coverage auto insurance
- i Pad for documentation
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university
- Own, or willing to purchase at some point, a tablet for documentation
- Military service or experience working with the Veteran population, not required
- Experience working with any of the following: brain injury, IDD, mental health populations, and/or Veteran population.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
