Community Outreach Coordinator (Entry Level)

We have been a significant provider for supplying influential and popular brands with tailored outreach campaigns that result in long-lasting brand loyalty and consumer satisfaction. Our tireless efforts to provide best-in-class customer solutions has led to our partnership with well-known telecommunications brands. We have an immediate need for a Community Outreach Coordinator who is responsible for connecting with community members throughout the Boston market and presenting quality telecommunications and technology solutions.
The Community Outreach Coordinator will provide tailored plan recommendations, develop customer account strategies to reinforce retainment, and help the Community Outreach team roll out new enrollment and plan initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role has a solution-oriented mindset, is fearlessly creative, and possesses a keen interest in a leadership role.
Community Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with community members on order requests, eligible service updates, and billing information
  • Meet our company communication standards between you and the client - Always handle questions, concerns, and complaints with the highest level of professionalism and care
  • Interact with Community Outreach and Sales Manager to prioritize orders and claims and deliver solutions to problem areas in the sales, service, or compliance departments
  • Train cross-functionally to oversee all components of the customer experience lifecycle from initial contact to managing the enrollment and sign up process
  • Partner with the Customer Account Department Manager to participate and lead hiring, onboarding, and new employee training sessions
  • Always research to monitor industry trends and create new community outreach strategies to ensure we are delivering the best-in-class customer service and support
Community Outreach Coordinator Requirements and Desired Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however, will consider the applicable experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience working with a POS system, or demonstrated ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Aptitude for working in a fast-paced, team setting
  • Demonstrated ability to thoroughly communicate plans, ideas and problems in a clear and concise manner
  • High caliber communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
