Our customer enrollment team has been so thorough and successful with our current client base, that we are now in need of expanding our team. Each Customer Enrollment Representative we acquire will be responsible for managing one specific client amongst multiple cities within a twenty-mile radius. Therefore, the Customer Enrollment Representative must become familiarized with surrounding cities, demographics, and other competitors of the client they are assigned. The growth of our customer enrollment team is driven by delivering real results for our clients. Thus, we seek to employ motivated and high-performing professionals with a passion for helping our clients grow and satisfy customers’ needs. We are willing to train highly motivated people from customer service, sales, and service backgrounds in the skills necessary to succeed in the Customer Enrollment Representative position. Our primary goal for this role is to help increase awareness on the benefits of our client's products and services and the secondary goal is to assist those eligible through every step of the enrollment process. Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and support to new customers throughout the enrollment process
Build genuine relationships and establish trust with customers to create a welcoming and memorable enrollment experience
Answer questions regarding the service options, billing information and the enrollment requirements with honesty and transparency
Work within a team and deliver results that meet the company’s standards
Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of promotional outreach and provide the best customer service to each and every one of our enrollees
Study and maintain an elite level of knowledge to provide customers with all enrollment options and promotional offerings
Exceed target enrollment and sales goals for the company on a consistent basis
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Attention to detail and commitment to program necessities
Problem-solving abilities
Comfort taking initiative to learn the data needs of the program, determine and generate corresponding data reports, and share findings on an ongoing basis
Courteous and pleasant manners
Customer service and organization skills
Good judgment and commitment to ensuring the confidentiality of participants' records
