Commerical Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a commercial environment. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The job location is located in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial and residential spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
Execute custodial duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to maintain the appearance of floors.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management when restocking is necessary.
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
In charge of 5 cleans per week (Monday-Friday) should take no longer than 2 hours per day to clean the building

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. .
Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
Ability to maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Previous experience in facilities maintenance or residential painting is an advantage but not mandatory.
