Commercial Roofing Estimator/Salesman
About us
We are professional, agile, professional and our goal is to build relationship with senior estimator with our growing commercial roofing company both in St Louis, MO & Chicago, IL
Our work environment includes:
- Prepare accurate and competitive construction estimates for projects
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
- Collaborate with project managers and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Analyze project details and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Utilize construction estimating software such as Accu Lynx to create detailed cost estimates
- Conduct site visits, estimates, and inspections to assess project conditions and requirements
- Research and gather pricing information for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Develop comprehensive bid proposals that include pricing breakdowns, project schedules, and other relevant details
- Present estimates to management and clients in a clear and professional manner
- Participate in bid review meetings and negotiations with clients
***Requirements***
- 10 Years of Experience in Commercial/Industrial Roofing is a must
- Knowledge of Commercial Roof Coating Applications such as Silicone
- Experience with Single Ply Membrane Systems such as TPO, PVC, & EPDM
- Experience working with Commercial Roofing Insurance Claims
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles, techniques, and practices
- Proficiency in construction estimating software such as Accu Lynx
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to take photos and proper measurements of Roof Field & Details
- Ability to assess a Commercial Roof and determine areas of concern for Repairs
- Effective communication and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
