Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks in both residential and commercial settings, with a focus on high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
Carry out industrial cleaning duties as required, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
Provide custodial services in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
Contributing to the upkeep of properties.
Act as a porter when necessary, managing waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
Follow established cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties, including lifting and moving equipment or materials as needed.
