CALL CENTER SHOPPER (Client-Centered Sales) SIGNATURE WORLDWIDE is looking for an inspiring customer service professional to be a part of our Call Center team. This position entails posing as an ordinary customer (event planner, travel planner) and making mystery shop calls. Researching and reviewing information to supplement or create scenarios as necessary is part of the shopper’s responsibility. The right candidate will receive comprehensive training to excel in this position.
We have an amazing Call Center team and an incredible company culture centered around our Core Values. This position will work from home and the hours are flexible (you set your schedule each week).Available hours are approximately 5 hours per week. While the hours are flexible, work must be performed duringthe hours of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. This part-time position earns $14.00/hour.
