Cashier
The cashier is responsible for welcoming and assisting customers; Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics; Balancing the cash register and generating reports for cash, credit, and debit sales; Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate, and providing receipts to every customer; answering phone calls and customer inquiries; Maintaining a clean workspace; and other duties as assigned.

Pay: $9.25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Maintain clean and professional appearance of counter, work area, and stockroom;
- Maintain parts in appropriate storage areas;
- Receive and process payments;
- Maintain product/inventory knowledge;
- Provide high level service to both internal and external customers;
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customers;
- Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customer parts status;
- Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization;
- Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
- Knowledge with auto parts a plus
- Previous experience in cash handling
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills;
- Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents.
Pay: $9.25 per hour
