Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with individuals who may have disabilities or require direct support, helping them with daily activities and promoting a positive living environment.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Support residents in managing their daily routines and encourage independence.
- Implement behavior management strategies for residents with specific needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of living spaces to create a welcoming environment.
- Previous experience is a must.
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and first aid practices is beneficial.
- Familiarity with techniques used in assisted living environments is required.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities and understand their unique needs.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for this role.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overnight shift
- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
