Job Opening: Car Wash Supervisor
Location: The Car Wash on Hamilton
We are currently seeking a Car Wash Supervisor with strong leadership, customer service skills, and a passion for ensuring excellent daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, responsible, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily car wash operations, ensuring smooth operations and quality customer service.
Close out the money at the end of each shift, ensuring accurate cash handling and transaction documentation.
Supervise and direct employees, ensuring all team members stay on task and perform duties efficiently.
Execute all cleaning and closing responsibilities to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility.
Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Monitor operations to ensure the car wash runs efficiently, meeting company standards.

Requirements:

Must be available to work weekends and closing shifts.
Supervisor experience is preferred, but not required.
Must be dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
