You are a dynamic individual with a passion for helping others grow. While previous formal leadership experience is not required, you have a background in door-to-door sales and a strong desire to motivate and develop your team to achieve success.
A Canvassing Trainer at our company plays a crucial role in leading and motivating a team of canvassers to success. The ideal candidate will have experience in door-to-door sales, possess a go-getter attitude, and care about the success of others on their team. Our company values a fun and competitive (but team first) culture. The compensation for this role ranges from $72,000 to $135,000 per year (combination of salary and performance based pay), and we offer a 401k plan.
