CAD Drafter

Responsibilities:

Ability to process and draft using Civil 3D, Auto CAD, and other relevant software
Download field survey data from data collectors
Create final survey plans that include existing conditions, certified plot plans, topographic plans, subdivision plans, and ALTA plans
Must have the ability to multi-task on a variety of projects and meet deadlines within time constraints
Create preliminary and/or final sketch of proposed drawings, using CAD/drafting equipment

Qualifications:

Associate Degree of Applied Science in Design & Drafting Technology or CAD Certification, required
Valid Driver’s License with clean record
High-level computer and technical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must pass drug/alcohol screening
Ability to self-manage and communicate with supervisors
An ability to multitask, manage, and adapt to changing work environments
