GCI's Business Enablement Administrator is responsible for integrating Data and Analytics (D&A) products into stakeholder business processes to enhance organizational performance. This role involves monitoring product effectiveness, gathering user feedback, and translating insights into actionable data product requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES AT ALL LEVELS:
Integration of D&A Products:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments to foster collaboration and ensure that D&A products meet their needs.
- Act as a liaison between business units and data teams to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate D&A products seamlessly into existing business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for leveraging data and analytics to drive operational improvements.
- Identify trends and patterns in user feedback to recommend enhancements or new features for D&A products.
Propose strategies for optimizing business processes based on insights derived from data analysis.
Requirement Translation:
- Engage with end-users to gather feedback on D&A products and their application in business processes.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand user experiences and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze user feedback and translate it into clear, actionable data product requirements.
Work closely with data product teams to ensure that user needs are prioritized in product development cycles.
Stakeholder Consulting:
- Work with stakeholders to evaluate current business processes and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop assessments of potential data product impact on objective business measures such as revenue generation, EBITDA maximization, and organizational efficiency through business case generation.
- Assess and demonstrate the realized impact of data products.
Develop deep expertise across GCI business units.
Training & Support:
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on the effective use of D&A products, ensuring they are equipped to leverage data insights in their decision-making processes.
Develop user documentation and training materials to facilitate product adoption.

Requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. This position is instrumental in ensuring that data and analytics initiatives are effectively integrated into business processes, ultimately driving improved organizational performance. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at navigating complex projects while fostering a collaborative environment across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required: * A combination of relevant work experience and/or education sufficient to perform the duties of the job may substitute to meet the total years required on a year-for-year basis
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field . *
Minimum of ten (10) years of business analysis, business consulting, or telecommunications leadership experience. * To include a minimum of five (5) years of telecommunications industry experience.

- Proficiency in data visualization tools and analytics software.
Relevant telecom industry or job specific certifications.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS :
This position may require access to reliable transportation for occasional travel between retail store locations, offices, worksites, or other locations as needed.

- Ability to work shifts as assigned, work in standard office/home office setting, and operate standard office equipment.
