Responsibilities

Machine Setup & Operation:
- Set up and program a computer-controlled press brake to meet job specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of metal within the machine.
- Monitor the pressing process to maintain accuracy and precision.

Quality Control:
- Study blueprints and specification sheets to understand technical requirements.
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the pressing process.

Maintenance & Safety:
- Perform routine maintenance on the press brake machine.
- Follow all health and safety standards in the manufacturing environment.
- Grind metal parts as part of daily duties.
- Experience operating a press brake machine in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues.
- Familiarity with grinding techniques and metalworking tools.
