This position supports the Contracts Department by performing a variety of clerical duties such as operation of various offices machines, disassembling of files, and shredding various forms of paperwork. This position also performs limited housekeeping functions including sweeping, emptying trash, vacuuming, dusting, and organizing supplies. Part-time 1-19 hrs/wk; $11.73 per/hr. Schedule Tuesday-Thursday 8:30am-2:30pm or based on site need and applicant availability.
Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Adheres to and demonstrates Assets, Inc. core values, mission, policies, and compliance plan in the performance of all aspects of this position.
Ability to count and understand organizing by dates, read, alphabetize, collate, letter fold, stuff and label envelopes.
Ability to be alert, accurate, and attentive while performing repetitive tasks.
Completes assembling of materials for mail outs to include inserting, stapling, and stamping materials as directed.
Must be able to use a copier effectively.
Performs housekeeping duties as directed.
Completes company required training and participates in meetings as directed.
Occasionally assists with shred and/or scanning as directed.
Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisory personnel.
Minimum Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:
No prior experience, training, or minimal education required
Six (6) months of prior office employment or related experience is strongly preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read alphabetize or arrange numerically is preferred.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to deal with standardized situations with simple one or two steps instruction is preferred.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must be able to pass a criminal background check under state regulations.
Other Skills and Abilities
Requires the ability to work in a professional manner with other department personnel.
Willing to do routine and detailed work.
Must demonstrate good hygiene, professional dress, appropriate customer service skills, as well as the ability to follow directions and receive supervision from more than one supervisor.
