Job Description: The Billing Specialist will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable for service billing and overseeing our preventative maintenance program. Reporting to the Service Finance Manager, this position is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to gain comprehensive financial and operational experience in a supportive, growth-oriented company. Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices and statements for service billing with accuracy and timeliness
Manage accounts receivable tracking and follow-up in partnership with service managers
Coordinate preventative maintenance program renewals
Assist in developing and refining pricing strategies for maintenance services
Collaborate with service teams to ensure billing accuracy
Maintain detailed financial records and documentation
Generate periodic financial reports
Support the development of service program designs and pricing models
Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries and maintenance renewals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Recent graduate with strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of financial principles and billing processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
