Bilingual Sales Consultant

Hiring Bilingual Sales Representative immediately!
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We will train the right individuals that are Energetic and self motivated. Our business is exploding and we need 2 more people to assist with the amount of customers we have. You will be working with customers to assist them find the right car and you will make the purchase experience enjoyable for the customer. We don't look for car sales people, we look for someone with a fresh outlook with a great personality to give our customers an amazing experience that they want to tell everyone about. We offer a flexible 5 day work week, NO Sundays, Healthcare, dental, vision, big bonuses and a family atmosphere. We are family owned and we have the best culture and the best people. REQUIREMENTS
Previous automotive sales experience is NOT REQUIRED for this position. Professional sales training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES
-Meet and greet guests at the door, help find the right car for them.
-Respond to client inquiries and ensure that the dealership provides an exceptional experience to every client.
-You will have thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
-Assist your clients in vehicle selection, test drives, technology and more.
-We will teach you how to maintain an ongoing client database to capture repeat business.
-We work with you to establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
-Maintains a clean professional appearance.
-Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
