Bilingual Receptionist - FL - On Site

Job Description
Our company is hiring a Bilingual Receptionist to work at a building in Sunny Isle Beach . This is an older building (built in 1965) that is currently undergoing concrete restoration and electrical work for its 50-year recertification. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping responsibilities and assist with reception duties, working closely with the building's 12 employees (6 maintenance, 3 housekeeping, 3 building management). This role is essential for ensuring both financial accuracy and excellent resident interactions. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team at a historic property during a key period of restoration and recertification.
Essential Duties and Responsabilities

Manage and oversee bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining financial records and generating reports.
Use TOPS software for building management functions.
Prepare and review financial statements in line with accounting standards.
Act as a point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in a professional manner.
Collaborate with a close-knit team (building manager, operations director, security supervisor) and step in to support other roles as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with residents.
A team player who is willing to assist in different roles as part of the four-person management team.

Education & Experience

Experience with TOPS software for building management.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statement preparation.
Fluent in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
