Job Summary
The Registered Nurse develops the Individual Service Plan of Care for our clients, teaches caregivers/CNAs how to properly and safely care for aging adults and supervises care.
Duties include:

Consult with clients and families to asses needs
Establish recommendation for and create care plans
Educate patients and their families on managing medical conditions and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Conduct caregiver skills evaluation and training
Conduct caregiver orientation to Client
Perform regular supervisory visits

Pay:

This is a PRN position.
Set fee schedule for assessment, re-assessments, supervisory visits, etc

Location:

Wilmington and New Hanover County
Willingness to travel in Brunswick and other counties surrounding Wilmington

Qualifications:

Current license in good standing as a Registered Nurse by the North Carolina Board of Nursing
Strong organizational skills and customer service oriented
