With relevant skills in clinical research, art therapy, and working with people with autism, you will contribute to innovative treatment approaches and holistic care. This role requires licensure as LMFT, LPCC, or LISW, ensuring compliance with professional standards and ethical guidelines in the field of behavioral healthcare. Responsibilities
Provide behavioral therapy and counseling to patients using evidence-based practices such as Applied Behavior Analysis and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Utilize premium skills like Motivational Interviewing and Crisis Intervention when working with patients.
Stay updated on best practices in behavioral health and mental health counseling.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in clinical decision-making of suicidal clients, and experience in conducting biopsychosocial assessments of youth.
AND one of the following independent licenses:
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
Or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
Or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT) by the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.
