Overview: T47 International, Inc (T47) is seeking a Behavioral Health Professional to support the Arkansas Army National Guard (AR ARNG). The AR ARNG has a requirement to provide behavioral health consultation services for AR ARNG service members and their families (SM/FM), thereby promoting mental fitness and personal wellness for operational readiness and reintegration to civilian life. The places of performance are the Arkansas Army National Guard locations in Fayetteville, AR and Jonesboro, AR. The selected candidate will travel to armories and other locations for medical readiness purposes during the performance of our support to the AR ARNG to ensure appropriate access to medical readiness services. Background: The National Guard Bureau recognizes the unique pressures that Service members and their families experience, especially given the need for Service members to function at their highest level physically and emotionally. For this reason, the National Guard strives to be relevant, ready, and accessible to the National Guard community. Salary: $60k - $70k Required education, experience, and licensure:
Must have a minimum of earned Master's Degree in an applied field of the social and behavioral sciences (mental health counseling, social work, etc.).
Must have a minimum of two years' experience in the application of clinical mental health principals.
Must have and maintain a full, current, and unrestricted license to independently practice in his/her respective discipline in the State of Arkansas

Experience in case/case management and behavioral health coordination
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and ethical standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience working with military populations is preferred
Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical case management services including assessment, intervention plan, referral, and monitoring of clinical progress when clinically appropriate
Assess Service members and their families for presenting issues, define intervention plans, and work with collateral agents when necessary
Provide behavioral health coordination services including clinical consultations to leadership while respecting HIPAA regulations and ethical standards
Maintain HIPAA standards and guidelines
Attend required staff meetings and provide updates on activities within the behavioral health section
Coordinate treatment plans with appropriate medical facilities and submit necessary paperwork promptly
Conduct risk assessments, evaluations, and screenings using selected tools
Refer Service members to community treatment providers when clinically indicated and provide follow-up support
Review behavioral health documentation, evaluate and monitor the behavioral health status of Service members
Provide non-clinical consultations on behavioral health and wellness issues
Asses and track behavioral health status and needs of the Arkansas Army National Guard and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist with planning, development, and implementation of the Behavioral Health Section
Work with family programs to improve and develop initiatives for the behavioral health care system
Monitor all clinical behavioral health services provided to Service members and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist with various clinical and administrative evaluations for Service members
Provide education and training on behavioral health-related topics
Serve as a resource for Soldiers and unit commands regarding treatment recommendations and restrictions
Maintain strong connections and working relationships with the Arkansas psychological and mental health community
Record and report outreach and networking activities conducted with Service members, command representatives, internal and external behavioral health agencies, and other stakeholders
