The White River Valley Supervisory Union is seeking a behavioral analyst to expand our supportive team for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate would have experience working directly with students in schools or in facilities that support education. The candidate should be ready to work in collaboration with general education teachers, parents, special educators, and paraeducators.The White River Valley Supervisory Union is located in the beautiful and picturesque White River Valley of Vermont. The White River Valley is approximately 25 minutes from Killington/Pico Ski Resort and 12 miles from Saskadena Six ski mountain.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide education and support to the social/emotional support team, teachers, classroom staff, parents and other caregivers around behavioral strategies Conduct functional behavioral assessments Produce individual behavior plans, as well as, training for those implementing the plan Observe in classrooms and provide feedback/strategies to educational staff Be a team member to all SU school buildings in support to social/emotional needs
