**Responsibilities**

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the workspace, equipment, and storage areas.
- Collaborate with other members of the service team to ensure seamless service to our guests.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the restaurant's dress code.
- Demonstrate knowledge of food service regulations and ensure compliance with all health and safety standards.
**Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of mixology and the ability to prepare a variety of cocktails and beverages.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with cash register operations and basic math skills.
- Familiarity with food handling and service standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
