Job Summary:
Providing exceptional guest service while efficiently preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
The Details:
Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: May through October 2025 (exact dates vary by location)
Pay: $10.85/hr + tips
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Arrive prepared and ready to work, clock-in through Kronos according to your schedule in 7 Shifts, check for any notes or communications from F&B Lead Team.
- Check stocking and preparedness for the forthcoming shift
- Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items in to the POS system; serve food and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages promptly to guests; collect and process forms of payment accurately; ensuring guest satisfaction throughout.
- Maximize sales by using menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.

Assist in other departments or with other job duties as requested or necessary in line with the overall success of the outlet, location, and company.
- Bartenders also act as Lounge Servers.
- Follow Xanterra and NPS environmental practices, safety practices, and policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 – 5 years’ experience in a High Volume capacity.
- Possess knowledge in using fresh ingredients, cocktails, draft beers, and wine selections.
- Must have the ability to work within and consistently build the service team and will be asked to help other team members as necessary.
- Certification in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required; workshops will be provided if not currently certified.
Physical Requirements include:
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds. Frequent lifting and carrying of supplies, materials, and equipment throughout the day.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Working safely with required chemicals.
