```Duties```
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to recipes or customer requests
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Clean and sanitize bar area, including utensils, glassware, and bar equipment
- Maintain inventory of bar supplies and restock as needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate cash register
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in the food industry or bartending REQUIRED
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of beverages
- Familiarity with catering and banquet operations is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Basic food handling knowledge to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
