Our Barback position is a great, entry level position to teach motivated employees processes and procedures of our shops for the potential next step in training to be an expert barista.

SCHEDULE:
Saturday & Sunday; 9:00AM - 3:00PM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Baristas in a fast paced shop
- Stock and organize product
- Keep a clean and tidy workspace
- Clean and organize shop to maintain peak performance
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Perform your duties with a desire to have fun and ENJOY working on a team!
REQUIREMENTS:
- A passion for good coffee and exemplary customer service
- Exhibit good manners and a neat appearance
- Maturity to handle working with other personalities and keep it professional
- Have an outgoing personality with good verbal communication skills
- Must be a team player
- 16+ years of age
