Banquet Server

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during events, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. As a Banquet Server, you will work closely with the catering team to prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and food safety.
Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decor.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to culinary standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas during events.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during events.
Break down banquet setups after events, cleaning up and returning items to their designated areas.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or catering preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
