Babysitter/Nanny

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare, particularly with toddlers and preschool-aged children. This role involves engaging children in educational and fun activities, ensuring their safety, and assisting with daily routines.
Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children during playtime and daily activities.
Clean and cook daily
Fold and put away clothing
Clean entire home daily
Organize all spaces throughout the home
Plan and engage in age-appropriate games, educational activities, and outings.
Prepare nutritious meals and snacks while accommodating dietary restrictions.
Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children, including tidying up after activities.
Assist with personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, and toileting as needed.
Provide support for children with disabilities, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Administer first aid when necessary and maintain awareness of children's health needs.

Requirements

Proven experience in babysitting or as a nanny, preferably with toddlers or preschool-aged children.
Knowledge of first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Strong caregiving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in meal preparation that promotes healthy eating habits.
Ability to maintain a clean environment conducive to child development.
Patience, creativity, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
A background in daycare settings or working with children with disabilities is a plus.
