Position Overview
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in Association Management? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Association Manager to oversee the operations of homeowners associations. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional eager to collaborate with boards of directors, educate community leaders, and facilitate seamless transitions for new communities. In this role, you will ensure compliance with policies, manage contracts, and drive the success of our managed associations.
Key Responsibilities
Board of Directors Oversight: Act as the key liaison between the board and the community, fostering effective communication and ensuring the successful execution of board directives to enhance community living.
Board of Directors Education: Empower board members through targeted education and resources, enabling informed decision-making and proactive governance that drives community success.
Contract Oversight: Cultivate strong vendor relationships and ensure contractual compliance, guaranteeing high service standards and support for community initiatives.
Management Agreement Renewals: Champion the renewal process for management agreements, aligning terms with community objectives and ensuring seamless continuity of services that meet the association's needs.
New Community Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new communities, ensuring a smooth transition that sets the foundation for successful community engagement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HOA or community management.
Strong knowledge of HOA regulations and vendor management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
