Associate Producer (Marketing Background)

Quaver Ed seeks an Associate Producer with a Marketing Background. Primary duties will include working with Video and Communication and Training to facilitate the production of various Comms and Training Videos: Marketing/Advertisements, Testimonials, Adoptions, and other Content Videos as assigned.
Responsibilities:

Create production meetings, schedules, update timelines, and communicate project statuses to stakeholders
Work closely with Comms and Training and other teams to facilitate the production process from conception, planning, production, and delivery
Knowledgeable of various marketing trends in education
Assist in the development of short and long-form marketing scripts, from initial concept through final production
Oversee pre-production logistics including but not limited to budget management, location scouting, and booking, casting, managing talent, script supervision, set planning
Oversee post-production logistics including but not limited to scheduling reviews, supervising edits, interfaces with Art for graphic packages

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (video production, film studies, communications)
3-5 years of experience in marketing for video
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Detail-oriented and organized, adaptable to tools and processes
Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Slack, and G-Suite
Experience casting and scheduling talent is a plus
Experience with educational and/or marketing content is a plus
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere is a plus
Experience in Director role is a plus

The Associate Producer role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the Quaver Ed campus. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
