Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves supporting lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons, assisting with curriculum development, and ensuring that students receive the attention they need to thrive academically and socially.
Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities for preschool or private school students.
Engage with children in a daycare or classroom setting, promoting a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative educational environment.
Participate in curriculum development by contributing ideas for lesson planning and classroom activities.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead teachers regarding individual student needs.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Requirements
Experience working with children in an educational or daycare setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of literacy education techniques and math concepts for early learners.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Experience in curriculum development or lesson planning is a plus.
A background in preschool education or private school settings is highly desirable.
Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young learners are essential qualities for this role.
