Are you an outgoing sales and customer service-oriented person? Do you work well independently and seek a career with great hours working with the public in a clean, friendly environment? We are seeking self-motivated individuals with excellent customer service, phone, organizational, and sales skills. You will assist customers by phone and in-person, helping them understand their storage needs and renting units to new customers, processing payments from current tenants, answering questions, and solving problems. Principal Responsibilities:
Sales/Customer Service - Identify the self-storage needs of customers. Answer questions to existing and potential customers. Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Light Maintenance - Walks the property daily, cleaning the units and the property, opening and closing of the storage doors (up to 50 lbs.)
Maintaining the facilities clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning out storage units.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Schedule: 4 - 10 hour days and includes Saturday Coverage
