Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales preferred
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate effective time management
