Assistant Clinic Director (Hybrid) at Strive High Are you a passionate BCBA ready to lead and grow within a supportive and collaborative environment? Strive High, a leading provider of in-home ABA therapy, is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director to join our team in Long Island, Nassau County, NY. This hybrid position blends in-person and remote work, allowing for flexibility while making a meaningful impact supporting staff. What You’ll Do in This Role As Assistant Clinic Director, you’ll collaborate closely with our Clinical Director to oversee and enhance the quality of services provided. Your responsibilities will include:
Training Behavior Technicians: Conduct in-person, hands-on training sessions to develop and strengthen technician skills.
Certifying Staff in SCIP or NCPI: Lead certification training in crisis intervention and prevention strategies.
Conducting Clinical Interviews: Serve as the second interviewer for behavior technicians, assessing their clinical expertise and fit for the role.
Client-Staff Matching: Review intake documentation to recommend optimal staff-client matches based on experience and credentials.
Collaborating with the Clinical Director: Partner closely with the Clinical Director to maintain and improve clinical standards and support team development.
Clinical Follow-Up Calls: Perform regular follow-up calls with families at set intervals to ensure client and family satisfaction with services.
What we are looking for:
BCBA Certification, NY LBA, and Medicaid: An active Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential, NY LBA, and NY Medicaid approval is required.
Extensive ABA Experience: Expereicne in a leadership and/or mentoring role.
Leadership and Training Expertise: Proven ability to train, mentor, and guide behavior technicians effectively.
Crisis Training Experience: Familiarity with SCIP or NCPI, including certifying others.
