AR/Collections Specialist
Vaco is currently seeking an Office Administrator / AR Collections Specialist for a temporary contract!

Job Duties:
- Daily Reporting
- Light Accounts Payable (Credit Card Payments and Processing Invoices)
- Light Collection Calls to customers
- Answer Phones
- Interactive with internal service associates
- General Admin/Clerical Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
- Verify invoice details for accuracy.
- Enter data into the company system (e.g., AS400).
- Follow established accounts receivable (AR) processes.
- Track the payment status of all completed transactions.
- Prepare and update reports for management on AR status.
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts, confirm receipt of invoices, and discuss payment terms.
Requirements:
- Accounts receivable accounting experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A working knowledge of various common software programs.
- Self-starter who is organized, thorough with attention to detail & follow-up skills.
