Architect
guerilla construction + development is seeking an experienced in-house architect to produce thoughtful plans and renderings for modern residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of construction means and methods, an ability to draw and render the built environment, and embrace a creative solution oriented approach to design.
This position involves creating detailed construction documents and architectural renderings in coordination with clients, project managers, and engineers. Fluency in Revit is a requirement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
