Compensation and Benefits:
In addition to significant income potential, we also offer a competitive benefits package for our Full-Time Employees including: Medical, Dental, 401k with Company Matching, Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off (PTO) Program.
Pay: $20,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- Conduct tours around the property for new and existing client families
- Hold yourself accountable for prospecting a minimum of 1-2 hours each day
- Obtains referrals from families served by Jefferson Memorial Cemetery and Funeral Home
- Networks and builds community and civic relationships
- Explain and present presentations to families served and referred families
- Provide options and associated costs, including advising client on financing options.
- Maintain and tracks activity levels to ensure productivity, while meeting monthly quota
- High School diploma or equivalent
- High level of integrity, empathy and passion
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Desire to help others and earn a competitive income
- Great Communication and People Skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
- Ability to generate sales through prospecting and cold calling
- Creative, outgoing and energetic
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
- Basic computer skills
- Pennsylvania Life Insurance License or the ability to earn one
Pay: $20,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
