JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process accounts receivable transactions including but not limited to invoicing clients, cash receipts, customer deposits and credit requests.
Examine and correct accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and prepare and post journal entries.
Maintain customer account balances which includes coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve any invoicing and/or collections issues.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Accounts receivable and/or collections experience
Associates or Bachelors Degree in a financial discipline
1+ years relevant work experience
Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
Microsoft Office, especially Excel also desired
