Responsibilities

Provide early intervention strategies for students who may need additional support.
Collaborate with parents, educators, and administration to enhance the educational experience.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices.
Foster literacy education by integrating reading and writing activities into daily lessons.
Address the diverse needs of students, including those with autism or other developmental challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred.
Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of education administration processes.
Ability to write clear and concise reports on student progress and behavior.
Familiarity with early intervention techniques for children with special needs.
Proficient in using learning technology to enhance classroom instruction.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
