Purpose
As a Workstream Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful delivery of specific workstreams within our IT projects. You’ll collaborate closely with other workstreams, team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Responsibilities
Leading a workstream in development of processes and system design for the agreed area of scope, you will coordinate activities to ensure alignment with other workstreams whilst identifying interdependencies, assigning mitigating plans where necessary to keep projects on track.
Possessing strong technical knowledge in software development, infrastructure or data management, you will be required to develop project/product roadmaps and track project progress, maintaining plans to ensure objectives are met within defined timescales and budget.
Coordinating and directing project team resources, you will also manage junior team members assigned to the workstream, collaborating with other workstreams and project teams to ensure effective communication within the workstream and across projects.
What you’ll bring
Educated to Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g Computer Science, Information Systems), you will possess proven experience in Project Management or leadership.
With a strong understanding of IT processes and system design, you will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to manage resources effectively to meet project objectives.
The Workstream Lead is required to speak English to C2 proficiency or be a native speaker.
