Weekend Bar Staff/ FOH Staff

Location: Playback, Inverness
Hours: 20 hours per week (Weekend shifts)
About Us: Playback, Inverness's groundbreaking four-floor venue, is seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders and Floor Servers to join our dynamic team. Whether you're passionate about mixology or love delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant atmosphere, we’d love to have you on board! Join us as we create an innovative and lively experience for our patrons every weekend.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement:

Greet and interact with guests, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations to ensure each guest has a memorable experience.

2. Menu Knowledge:

Gain an in-depth understanding of our food and beverage offerings to assist guests with their menu selections and accommodate special requests.

3. Table Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, promptly reset tables, and help create a welcoming environment for all guests.

4. Beverage Presentation:

Ensure all beverages are served to Playback's high standards, enhancing the overall visual appeal of the bar.

5. Efficiency and Speed:

Work swiftly to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy weekend periods, without compromising quality.

6. Adherence to Policies:

Follow responsible alcohol service practices and adhere to Playback's health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.

7. Collaboration:

Work closely with the rest of the team, including bartenders, floor servers, and kitchen staff, to ensure an efficient and seamless service experience.

8. Bar Maintenance:

Help keep the bar area clean and organized, ensuring all equipment is ready for service.

9. Mixology Mastery:

Craft a wide variety of cocktails with creativity and precision, showcasing your mixology skills to complement Playback's unique beverage offerings.

10. Hosting:

Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth guest flow through the dining area.

Requirements:

Willingness to assist with various roles including glasswashing, bar backing, and even helping out in the kitchen when needed.
Experience is preferred, but full training will be provided by our experienced team!
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy weekend environment.
A positive, team-oriented attitude.
Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
Must be at least 18 years old.
