Warehouse Operative | Feltham | Costa

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Do you have prior experience working in a warehouse or are eager to learn? If yes, then we have the perfect position for you!

We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to support our operation in Feltham, working in partnership with our longstanding customer, Costa Coffee.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a shift pattern of any ‘5 days out of 7’, covering the hours of 14:00 to 22:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Work in a temperature-controlled environment (don’t worry – we’ll give you everything you need to wrap up warm)

Packing goods while consistently checking all products for quality issues

Adhere to high health and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment

Communicate with other team members and management to ensure efficient warehouse operations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Previous experience working in a warehouse or various chambers would be beneficial
Good verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work in a team and independently when required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
