Job Description:
As a member of the Waiting Staff at Eden Coffee House, you will be an integral part of our customer service team. Your role is to ensure that our valued customers have a positive and memorable dining experience. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic and attentive, capable of providing outstanding service while maintaining a friendly and welcoming disposition.
Responsibilities:
- Extend a warm and courteous welcome to customers.
- Seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take precise and accurate customer orders.
- Provide comprehensive information about our menu offerings, including our coffee selections and daily specials.
- Serve food and beverages promptly to customer tables.
- Ensure that tables are clean and prepared for the next guests.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and precise order delivery.
- Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment, including clearing tables and keeping the dining area tidy.
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
- Assist with restocking supplies and ingredients as required.
- Work harmoniously as part of a team to foster a positive and efficient working atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or waiting staff role is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and attentive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining composed.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as necessary.
- Reliability and punctuality.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £6.70-£11.69 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
