Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive attentive and friendly service. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to food safety are essential in this role.
Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
Support catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests.
Stay informed about menu items, including daily specials and ingredients.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is an advantage.
Strong communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory.
A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
