Role Overview
We are looking for an outgoing and confident individual with excellent communication skills to join our Cambridge Sales team as a viewing assistant.
This role is casual and involves part time hours, and requires a valid UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective purchasers and clients at the properties for viewings.
- Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner fitting of a Savills' Representative.
- Have a good understanding of the property market.
- Fantastic Business acumen with ability to keep up with the latest trends in the property industry and local market.
- Continually examine performance and evolve accordingly.
- To have knowledge & experience of Cambridge and the surrounding villages
- Self-motivated.
- Adaptable, excellent people skills.
- Confident dealing with clients and purchasers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to quickly build rapport.
- Professional and personable.
